Endurocross Round 1 Orleans Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada

I finished 5th overall in the main.  It was a tough night to finally get this result.  It seems in qualifing for this event I always come up one short and this night was no different.  In the 1st heat only 2 advance to the main.  I ran 2nd right up to almost the finish and got passed by Cody Webb.  My starts were terrible I was always coming from behind.  This is the craziest race you can go from first to last with a minor tip over or get stuck in the rocks.  In the 2nd heat only one rider advanced to the main and I finished 2nd.  In the last chance qualifier I started on the 2nd row and pulled the holeshot and ran with it finishing 1st.

In the main I was as high as 3rd and it was an all out battle for 3rd between myself, Mike Brown, Cory Graffunder, Kyle Redmond  and Gary Sutherlin.  It was a lot of fun and I consider 5th the start to get my momentum going for this series.  

From a stacked field of Whose who in the off road and trials world only 11 riders make it into the main.
